Friendly reminder to take your time when browsing our products. BALTICSTITCH puts a lot of effort to provide you with accurate descriptions and photos of each item. Make sure to take a good look at them before making a decision.

RETURNS POLICY
Because a majority of BALTICSTITCH pieces are handmade we do not offer returns or exchanges on handmade, a one of a kind pieces, as well as earrings for hygienic reasons. We will accept returns for non-custom, unworn pieces that are not a one of a kind or handmade. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out.
Return items must be unworn/unwashed, free of any stains (including makeup), free of pet hair and free of any distinct smells/odours (including perfume or deodorant) with all product tags attached and in original packaging.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of delivery
If your item is defective it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery via email (info@balticstitch.com) - please note that if a defect is not reported within the specified time period you will not receive a refund.
We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. BALTCSTITCH is not responsible for the tracking or charges associated with items sent back to the sender. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs.
Payment of duty and customs are the responsibility of the customer as BALTICSTITCH does not have any control over these fees.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 1-2 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer exchanges.

Note: All import taxes, duties and related customs fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer and will not be covered by BALTICSTITCH

Canada up to 5-15 business days. USA up to 10+ business days. Europe up to 14+ business days and Australia up to 14+ business days.
